4 Essential Joinery Techniques

During this 1 day course you will learn how to accurately join wood together for a variety of situations. You will learn which joint to use when, and how to cut them accurately and with ease. We will focus on cutting a dovetail, bridle joint, housing joint and mortice and tennon joint. As well as looking at variations on these essential joins.

Throughout the course you will be given the opportunity to learn where you would use these joints and ask any questions you have about future projects you may have in mind. As well as using the essential toolkit, you will also make use of more specialised hand tools to help you achieve accuracy and repeatable cuts.
